This shoot happened around early September, late Sunday afternoon. The weather that day had been gloomy but had yet to rain at that point. When Sloj had finished setting up his gear and began scratching, the downpour of rain and thunder soon followed. The result is a perfect blend of beats and an improvised, natural sound that highlighted our weekend that was slowly winding down. (The title of this post is from one of our favorites artist’s song. Too good to pass up.) We hope this is a highlight of your long weekend that is about to begin.
